The Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary invites guests to fill up a 22-ounce glass with choice of vodka (Tito’s, Ketel One, Grey Goose), bloody mary mix and a bevy of garnishes from the Bloody Bar. Guests may also choose to make their own Micheladas or enjoy a flight of Stout’s best Bloody Marys. Mimosas may be enjoyed individually (175ml of prosecco with choice of two juices) or shared (750ml of cava brut served with four juices). Stout “Craftails” include a Moscow Mule, Fresh Fruit Collins, Orange French Toast Shot and the Pineapple Recovery Punch (Bacardi pineapple rum, pineapple juice and coconut water served in a whole pineapple). Brunch patrons preferring brews can look to the “Breakfast Beer Fix” (Hop Dream: Revolution Anti Hero IPA, Cointreau, vanilla syrup and orange juice; Morning Fog: tequila, ginger, lime and Krankshaft Klosh Lager; The Right Side: Makers Mark, Amaro, maple syrup, orange juice and Left Hand Milk Stout). Non-alcoholic beverages are also available, from fresh juices and VitaCoCo coconut water to tea and LaVazza coffee.

Collegiate and professional football will be in the spotlight at Stout Barrel House and Galley. On Saturdays, Stout cheers on the Wisconsin Badgers. Every game will be shown with sound and a DJ will spin upbeat music and the Bears’ fight song.
