The Drawing Room Looks to Wow during Restaurant Week 2014
Chicago, IL (January 10, 2013) – The Drawing Room’s new executive chef, Tommy Sheean, is excited to lead his kitchen for the first time through Restaurant Week 2014, January 24 – February 6.
After helping former chef Rodney Staton earn the Drawing Room three forks in the 2013 Michelin Guide, Tommy is now drawing praise from fans and critics for his fresh spin on the Drawing Room’s seasonally-inspired, progressive American fare. His very best will be on display during Restaurant Week 2014. The three-course, $33 menu (appears below) is a steal, as the monkfish dish alone is normally priced at $27. Monkfish is a delicious, lean white fish with a texture similar to lobster. It is served bone-in for the greatest amount of flavor, hence the “Osso Buco.”
