Executive chef Chris Barron features an a la carte brunch menu on Sunday, May 11 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. featuring dishes such as a Prosciutto and Polenta Benedict with griddled parsley and parmesan polenta cakes, prosciutto crudo, poached egg and breakfast potatoes ($11);Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis ($9); and Tomato-Braised Brisket Chilaquiles with 6-hour beef brisket, corn tortillas, black beans, Pepper Jack cheese, tomatillo salsa, two eggs any-style, pico de gallo and cilantro ($13).
