More about Bow & Stern:
Bow & Stern’s foundation is a fishing and farm to table philosophy which focuses on locally sourced food and the freshest ingredients. The goal is to demystify the oyster and celebrate the social exuberance of sharing them with friends. The restaurant and raw bar features up to 12 varieties of seasonal oysters, delivered daily from both coasts and the Gulf.

The Bow & Stern experience begins with oysters, but doesn’t end there. Executive chef Brian Greene has created an ambitious dinner and brunch menu highlighted by land and sea specialties. The intent with the bar menu is similar to the oyster philosophy; they aim to wow with unique flavors and distinct options. Bow & Stern features over 40 craft beers, worldly wines ideal for pairing, and seasonal, handcrafted cocktails.

Bow & Stern is located in the heart of the West Town entertainment district, right on Chicago Avenue just west of downtown.
